Always wear a helmet
One thing you need to know about mountain biking safety, it’s that you need to wear a helmet. In the event that you fall off your bike, crash, your helmet will be the most important piece of gear on you, so we encourage all our clients to wear a helmet even when they don’t feel like.
Stay in control
Riding in control doesn’t just mean being able to stop - it also means having the required skills to recognize and avoid potential dangerous situations on the trail. You must also be able to recognize where it is safe to stop on the trail. Avoiding accidents with other riders by riding in single file, following your guide always remember to keep it left, you are also allowed to ride on your pace, go as fast as you can , stop anywhere you want but make sure you are where your guide can see you.
