ITINERARY
Day 1 : TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Morning: Depart early at 7:00am from your accommodation and embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes, Tarangire offers a unique safari experience. Upon arrival, start your game drive in search of iconic African wildlife such as elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes. The park is also known for its large herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees. Apart from elephants, Tarangire is a paradise for bird lovers. In the area around these swamps.
Afternoon: Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Afterward, continue your game drive, exploring different sections of the park. Your knowledgeable guide will provide interesting insights into the park’s ecosystem, wildlife behavior, and conservation efforts. As the day draws to a close, drive back to your accommodation, capturing the last glimpses of Tarangire breathtaking scenery.
After a full day in the park we will drive to the excellently appointed lodge where we enjoy dinner in the aesthetically delightful restaurant, relax, and spend the night in her capacious rooms.
Day 2 : NGORONGORO CRATER
Morning: After breakfast at the campsite/Lodge at Mto wa mbu start a drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro Crater, which is the protected area and World heritage site, located 180km west of Arusha. It is considered to be the largest inactive, unbroken and unfilled volcano caldera which was formed when a large Volcano erupted. The crater is breathtaking and the best place to see the Big Five. You will spend no more than 6 hours within the crater as per government regulations. You will have lunch inside the crater and then later you start a trip back to Arusha where you will be dropped at your Accommodation.
