The level of fitness required can depend on the type of terrain and the intensity of the riding, You don’t need to be a pro mountain biker to go with us on a trip, all our biking tours are designed to fit all riders ranging from fun/easy, medium to challenging level to groups as well as individuals. So we welcome all the riders to ride with us without considering their age or gender, everyone is welcome.
Fitness Levels for Different Types of Mountain Biking:

Beginner: You should have a moderate level of cardiovascular fitness (being able to ride on flatter trails) and basic strength. Beginners focus on building confidence, balance, and endurance.

Intermediate: This level requires improved endurance, leg strength, and the ability to ride moderate technical terrain. You’ll also need more agility and coordination.

Advanced/Expert: Riders should have high levels of strength, endurance, and agility. They can handle steep climbs, technical descents, and challenging terrain with control and speed. Core stability, bike handling, and mental toughness are key at this level.
